Yogi Guide

Things to keep in mind to get the most out of your practice.

We are located upstairs at 104 Connell St. (above Foggers). There is a parking lot beside the building on Connell St (across from Thai Hut and Creek Village Cafe). There is also limited street parking on Main St and around the area. The entrance to the yoga lab is on the side of the building, adjacent to the parking lot.

A class may be in session when you arrive; please honor the space by entering quietly. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts to check-in (10 minutes before aerial classes to set-up hammock), fill up your water bottle, put your things away, and gather your mat and props. If you show up late, your spot may be filled by another student.

Savasana is the most important pose of the class. Please gift yourself these moments of integration at the end of practice.

Mats + Props

We suggest bringing your own mat to class. If you don't have one or forgot to bring one we have a limited number of mats available. We love props and have all the props you may need for class.

Feel the earth, feel your mat. Arrive and ground. It's more fun barefoot. Please take your shoes off and leave them at our studio entrance.

You may sweat in some classes. We suggest bringing a yoga towel and a hand towel with you. If you forgot yours at home, we have small hand towels available.
